As a Donald W. Reynolds Journalism Institute (RJI) fellow, Tamara Power-Drutis led an applied research project at Crosscut Public Media exploring newsletter engagement. They released a free online tool that packages best practices, strategies and resources into one newsletter wizard. The tool walks curators through the essential planning needed to design and manage effective newsletters.
